Shipping Policy
Ferbasa II LDA provides shipping service through carriers. We offer delivery of all material to mainland Portugal, at a cost of €4.50 when payment is made by bank transfer, or €6.50 when payment is made upon delivery of the material by the carrier (shipping to charge). Purchases over €50 (value without VAT) and which are paid by bank transfer are not subject to the aforementioned transport cost.
The shipment of the order is made between 24h to 48h after confirmation of the order or the respective payment. Delivery is made between 24h to 48h after sending the order.

Return and Exchange Policy
Ferbasa II LDA accepts returns of orders that have a manufacturing defect and that it is not possible to exchange it (for reasons of out of stock, for example), only in these cases is the money refunded.
You have 14 days to make this return after the invoice date. You must send the return well packaged to our address: Ferbasa, Rua Estado da India, nº 11, 2685-051 Sacavém.
Ferbasa II LDA accepts exchanges of articles up to 14 days after the invoice issuance date. The exchange is only valid if the product is in proper condition and without signs of use. The item must be sent well packaged to our address:
