Ferbasa II LDA is based on   the maximum satisfaction of its customers and users of the machines and tools sold. These are carefully tested and inspected at the manufacturer, ensuring quality end products. However, all these products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against any defect in construction or operation that does not result from normal wear and tear or overload, from abusive or careless use.

 

Warranty validity

The equipment sold is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies according to the manufacturer in question and specific legislation. This includes all components, parts and labor required for the repair.

The warranty applies when there are construction defects or defective components that will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer's qualified technicians completely free of charge.

The transport costs are borne by the customer until it is verified that the situation is covered by the guarantee, and the respective amount is later returned to the customer, if all the conditions are met.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from the warranty:

• All faults arising from misuse or negligence of the user

• Claims or damage caused by defective or illegal electrical installation

• Wearing parts or components

• maintenance

• Malfunctions caused by repairs by unauthorized technicians or by third-party services

• improper use

• Use of unauthorized tool or unsuitable accessories

• Damage resulting from the action of third parties or foreign bodies

• Failure to comply with operating or maintenance instructions

• Normal deterioration due to normal use

• All products that are on clearance

 

Warranty Cancellation

The warranty is automatically void:

• If the item is not accompanied by the respective purchase invoice, the only document recognized as proof of the guarantee

• If the item has been repaired by unauthorized technicians or third-party services

• Whenever the article is received poorly packed at our facilities

• Whenever components or parts other than those of origin of the equipment have been applied

• Whenever the article has been altered in its original form
